Tier list

Steal An Egg pet tier list, ranked by income

Most tier lists in this genre are somebody's opinion. This one is not — pets are sorted purely on income per second, and the tier cuts are fixed thresholds you can check against the numbers.

Not ranked — no published income

These 6 pets have no income figure we could source. Rather than estimate one and place them in a tier, they sit here until we have a number worth publishing.

Sources for the income figures behind this ranking

The tier cuts are arithmetic, but the numbers they act on are not ours. Each pet's income traces back to one of these, at the confidence level shown on its own page.

How to actually use this tier list

Tier lists are most useful for deciding what to keep when pen space is full. The rule that falls out of the numbers is blunt: one tier up beats any amount of the tier below. A single S-tier pet out-earns an entire pen of C-tier ones, so the moment you can hold something higher, everything below it becomes sell fodder to fund treadmill upgrades.

The second rule is that biome access, not luck, is what moves you up this list. Almost every S and A tier pet lives behind a Speed gate rather than a rare roll — which makes the speed planner more relevant to your tier list position than any amount of egg farming.
