Sources for the pet income data

Income figures come from the index below. Twelve values spanning every rarity tier were cross-checked against independent sources before publishing; those rows are marked Sourced and the rest stay Unconfirmed.

We link sources so you can check us, not to borrow their authority. If one of them is wrong, or you can verify something we have marked single-source, tell us — corrections are republished with the observation credited.

The scale of the income curve

It is hard to overstate how steep this game's income curve is. A starting Chicken earns $1 per second. Kitsune earns $1.8B per second. That is a factor of over a billion between the first pet you own and the best one in the game, spread across 10 rarity tiers.

The practical consequence is that pen space should always go to rarity over quantity, and that a single successful run into a high biome outweighs hours of safe farming lower down. It also means mutations matter most at the top: tripling a Divine pet's income is worth more than every Common pet in the game combined. The income calculator lets you compare specific cases.

Rarity tiers

#RarityPetsIncome range
1Common5$1 – $6/s
2Uncommon3$8 – $18/s
3Rare11$35 – $280/s
4Epic12$180 – $4K/s
5Legendary12$1.8K – $74K/s
6Mythic12$16K – $450K/s
7Cosmic11$220K – $12M/s
8Secret10$3.5M – $145M/s
9Eternal8$65M – $600M/s
10Divine2$1B – $1.8B/s

Tiers overlap in practice — a Legendary from a late biome out-earns a Mythic from an early one — which is why sorting by income rather than rarity is usually the more useful view. The tier list ranks purely on earnings.
