Steal An Egg Enchanted Forest guide

Reach the new forest, grow your Wisp and open the sealed tree. Start with the quest route below; the hidden-room solution stays folded until you want the spoilers.

Data on this page last checked . Steal An Egg updates weekly — report a change.

  1. Stage 1: Accept Wisp.
  2. Stage 2: Steal 20 forest eggs and Claim.
  3. Stage 3: Complete one forest fusion and Claim.
  4. Stage 4: Steal any Eternal egg and Claim.
  5. Return Wisp: Unlock the tree, then collect the net or explore the mushroom puzzle.
Our route diagram, based on the quest panel in Owlzo’s October 4 walkthrough. Claim each completed quest before moving on. This is a progression map, not an in-game screenshot.

Reach Enchanted Forest and find Wisp

Continue past Angels and Demons. The forest’s guardian is Celestial Sunlion. Hold to Reset’s October 9 update records 50B recommended Speed; that recommendation alone does not establish a hard barrier at the biome entrance. Read the area overview.

Wisp is the floating quest spirit you speak to, rather than an egg to hatch. PGG’s October 6 Wisp guide places it near the recommended-Speed board and reports that it appears only once you have 50B Speed. If it is missing, compare your Speed and the current game prompt before spending time hunting around the tree. Our Speed guide helps plan the training step.

The Wisp panel: three quests, four stages

We inspected Owlzo’s published quest-panel image on October 10. It shows four growth stages and the tasks below, followed by Return the Wisp. Owlzo’s written walkthrough says to Claim after each task. Use your current panel if a later patch changes the targets.

Plan from the visible quest objectives
TaskTarget shownWhat to prepare
Steal forest eggs20 Enchanted Forest eggsAccept Wisp first; check the counter as you bring eggs home.
Fuse a forest animalOne completed fusion; panel shows 1/1Keep spare forest pets for the base Fuse Machine.
Steal any EternalOne Eternal eggOwlzo reports that an Eternal from another biome also counts.
Return the WispWisp has reached Stage 4Use the return option, then interact with the sealed tree.

Choose duplicates you can spare before committing anything. The Wisp objective uses thebase Fuse Machine; reaching the expensive hidden altar is a separate goal. If progress appears stuck, first check whether the current task is completed but still awaiting Claim. Finishing the task and advancing Wisp are separate steps in Owlzo’s walkthrough.

Inside the tree: choose your next route

Collect the Butterfly Net inside the unlocked tree. Hold to Reset documents butterfly conversion and the mutation altar here. The hidden musical room is another route: you can learn its puzzle without committing rare pets to the final fusion room.

Spoilers: mushroom puzzle, Banjo and bridge

Find the room and follow its own sequence

  1. Climb the tree’s upper walkway, then drop onto the separate brown platform described in PGG’s Secret II route.
  2. At its end, enter the wind-like portal to reach the mushroom room.
  3. Watch which mushrooms light up. Repeat the order; successful rounds extend the sequence.
  4. Finish the memory puzzle to reach the band. PGG’s October 3 Jitterbug guide identifies the Banjo-playing NPC as the source of Cricket Banjo and Jitterbug Egg.

PGG reports that sequences differ between players. Copy the order shown in your room, rather than a fixed red/blue answer from someone else’s run.

Use the instrument at the bridge

Return to the tree’s top. PGG’s Secret II guide places yellow crystals opposite the large hall: stand between them and play Cricket Banjo to raise the bridge. Across it is the forest’s hidden fusion room. Owlzo’s recorded room image shows a Royal Skywhale input; its walkthrough also names Celestial Sunlion. Read both pedestal prompts before offering either pet.

Butterfly Bloom: use the notification, not a global clock

Hold to Reset reports a half-hour cycle at :15 and :45. TechWiser calls the intervals random. We have not timed a server to resolve that conflict, so this page does not turn either report into a global countdown. Keep the net ready and follow the event notification in your game.

During the event, butterflies appear in the forest. Hold to Reset describes collecting them with the equipped net, then using the tree’s conversion service or exchanging them at the altar for Enchanted Essence. Confirm the displayed recipe before converting your inventory.

Do not plan around an invented income or drop rate

This review did not establish current base income, hatch probabilities or a complete rarity table for the forest’s eight pets. It also did not verify a finished hidden fusion or its output income. Keep those values separate from the route: you can unlock the tree and solve the puzzle without assuming a guaranteed rare spawn or a specific financial return.

Walkthroughs behind this route

Reviewed October 10, 2026. This is a comparison of published gameplay evidence, not our own playtest. Owlzo’s October 4 walkthrough supplies the inspected quest panel; the original Owlzo video is available alongside it. We checked the published still images, not every video frame. Pavle Ninkovic’s October 6 PGG Secret II guide and Vignesh Raja’s October 3 Jitterbug guide support the puzzle route. Enricofairme’s Hold to Reset overview and Adhiraj Yadav’s TechWiser guide supply the event comparison; their timing conflict is preserved above.
