A larger pet from one species can still earn less than a smaller pet from another. A mutation or temporary boost can also account for a difference that appears to come from size.

To isolate size, compare two pets of the same species with the same mutation. Read their income while the same account boosts and event effects are active. Record the size label or numerical size shown by the game, rather than estimating it from the model's appearance.

Divide the larger pet's displayed income by the comparison pet's displayed income. If they show $150/s and $100/s under those matched conditions, the observed ratio is 1.5. That describes this pair; it does not establish a universal multiplier for every pet with the same label.

How an assumed multiplier changes income

The following examples start at an invented $100/s reference rate. They illustrate multiplication only. They are not a measured size table, hatch odds or evidence that a given pet can reach these values.

A proportional bonus adds more money to a higher reference income. A 50% increase adds $50/s to $100/s, but $500/s to $1,000/s. This arithmetic does not tell you how expensive or likely the upgrade is, or whether it is available for the pet you own.

Which pet should occupy the slot?

Suppose one pet currently displays $150/s and another $180/s. With the same boosts and one available slot, the second adds $30/s more income. Its smaller appearance would not change that comparison. If a temporary boost expires on only one of them, check again before replacing or discarding a pet.

For candidates you have not obtained, use listed base incomes to make a shortlist, then check the actual result in-game. Do not multiply a displayed rate by a bonus it already includes. Keep pets you value for collection or other uses separate from this income-only decision.
