The only machine in the game that produces a 3× multiplier — on 2.5% of attempts. Here is how to reach it, how the odds actually work out, and where to spend crystals so the maths is on your side.

Getting to it
The incubator sits in the Cherry Blossom biome, which is gated behind 2.5B Speed and the requirement to feed a crane to the cherry blossom tree to open the region. That makes it the last thing most players unlock — see the Cherry Blossom guide for the full route.
Sakura Crystals only come from one place
The machine runs on Sakura Crystals, and crystals only drop during the Great Bloom. You smash blooming Sakura trees with your bat during a window that opens every 30 minutes and stays open for about 3. That works out to roughly 10% of any given hour, which is why players who care about mutations plan their sessions around the clock rather than the other way round.
The odds, and what they actually mean

Multiply those out and a single roll returns an average of 1.537× the base income. That number is worth sitting with, because it reframes the machine: the expected outcome is essentially a Bloom. Spirit Bloom is the tail — roughly one in 40 rolls — not the plan.
Which eggs deserve a crystal
This is where most of the value is won or lost. Mutation multipliers are proportional, so the same multiplier is worth wildly different amounts depending on what it lands on:

What we do not know
Whether anything influences the incubator roll — luck stats, gamepasses, event boosts — is not documented in any source we would trust, so we have left it out rather than guess. If you have tested it systematically, we would like to hear about it.
