Getting in

Two conditions, not one. First, 2.5B Speed — roughly 3.6× the Cosmic gate, which is itself about 40× Prehistoric. Second, Feed a Crane to the Cherry Blossom Tree to open the region.

That second condition is the unusual one. The Crane is an epic pet worth $4K/s that comes from the Cherry Blossom biome itself, so the unlock is circular by design: you have to survive the region long enough to hatch one, then give it up to open the region properly.

The Sakura Incubator and the two new mutations

Cherry Blossom is not just a higher-income biome — it is where the strongest mutations in the game come from. The Sakura Incubator, found in the region, applies:

• Bloom — 1.5× income, 97.5% of rolls
• Spirit Bloom — 3× income, 2.5% of rolls

Is it worth pushing for?

If you are anywhere below Cosmic, no — the gap is too large to chase directly, and your time is better spent compounding income in Prehistoric and Cosmic first. If you are already running Cosmic comfortably, then yes, and for a reason beyond the pets: Cherry Blossom is the only route to a 3× multiplier, and multipliers are proportional. Tripling Kitsune is worth more than every pet in the first five biomes put together.

The realistic path there for most players runs through the Saturday Admin Abuse event, where Speed boosts make runs possible that a normal stat would not allow.
